Dr. Kapur and the team at Maple and Mapleview Dental are very excited to announce the new addition of Dr. Ajit Vargis to their dental team.
Dr. Ajit Vargis has been practicing dentistry since 1996. He graduated with his BDS in 1990 from KMC College of Dentistry in India. He then completed a 3 year advanced standing program at New York University in the US and received his DDS in 1996. He worked in New Jersey for 2 years before moving to Kingston, Ontario where he owned his own practice. In 2008, he moved to Oakville to be closer to his family.
Dr. Vargis has always strived for excellence in his professional career. He continues to improve with Continuing Education courses in all aspects of dentistry, with a particular focus on implants and cosmetics. His calm and jovial demeanor helps to put all his patients at ease. With more than 15 years experience in the practice of dentistry, he takes pride in his work and seeks to provide the best dental care for his patients.
In his spare time (when he has it), Dr. Vargis enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son, reading and riding his motorcycle. He is an avid volunteer at dental clinics and missions for those who cannot afford dental care both in Canada and abroad. He is quite active at his church and always attributes his successes to God's wonderful blessings on his life.
